Served as an active member of a cross-company consortium focused on integrating Intranet/Extranet resources for all of the New York Times Digital properties. Maintained a high level of availability and provided systems management and technical support of all critical servers. Designed authoring and publishing utilities for both content providers and operational support staff, such as page editors, tape backups, and statistical analyzers. Oversaw the development of all data-aware interactive pages, using primarily Microsoft technologies such as Visual InterDev, ActiveX/COM, and SQL Server. Recipient of 1996 Employee Outstanding Achievement Award for work involving our corporate intranet.

Deployed software solutions that provided process control, data acquisition, and factory automation/manufacturing strategies for the Boston Globe production environment.
